今日は土瓶蒸しのいただき方をご紹介します。


土瓶蒸しには、決まった食べ方が有ります。

蓋を開けたときには是非、香りを楽しんでください!

まずは、シンプルに汁だけを頂き、その後はスダチなどを絞って、汁をもう一度頂いてから、中に残った松茸やきのこを頂きます。

最初は、高級な土瓶蒸しの食べ方に緊張するかもしれませんが、あえて食べ方が決まっている土瓶蒸しだからこそ、忘れかけた日本食の作法などを学ぶ事が出来るのです。
