Refund Policy
You are entitled to claim return, exchange and refund in 7 days from delivery date for any reason.
A condition of refund depends on the reason.
* If your claim is raised after 7 days from delivery date, we will not provide any refund except special reason.
No refund will be made if the product is used, broken, lost or damaged or in any way unfit for return.

- * Damaged or Incorrect Product delivered
- * Significantly different from image shown or described to you.
Please contact ‘ sannaka-west@sannaka.com as soon as possible.
We will send you new items or provide full refund. All postage will be covered by Sannaka-WEST.
There is no right to receive a refund for personal reasons such as:
- You made mistakes in your order
- Simply you changed your mind
- Your circumstance has changed and you don’t need items anymore.
Cancel
Cancellation is accepted only by Sannaka-WEST. However, after order confirmation, delivery arrangements will be made so can not be canceled.
